How to read your score
The PSWI is not a competition. It is a personal indicator. A lower score may simply reflect a period of stress, fatigue or a deliberate choice to slow down. What matters is the trend over the long term.
How frequency is calculated
Contrary to popular belief, “more” does not always mean “better”. Our algorithm targets an optimal frequency of 6 to 18 activities per month for a maximum score. A rhythm that is too high or too low can affect this specific index.
Science and Subjectivity
The PSWI combines raw data (duration, frequency) with your subjective experience (satisfaction). It is this combination that gives a faithful picture of your real well-being, beyond pure performance.
